3.3 Tracking Technology

We use cookies to track referrals. The cookie duration is specified in the affiliate registration form. If a customer clears cookies or disables them, we cannot track the referral and cannot pay commissions on that activity.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

Engaging in deceptive advertising practices
Using spam or unsolicited email marketing
Bidding on branded keywords in paid search campaigns
Promoting on adult websites or other prohibited platforms
Creating fake transactions or self-referring
Misusing trademarks or copyrighted materials

3.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TakeAffiliate.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Take Affiliate or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
